This addendum is for installment agreements and the purchases associated with them. It holds no bearing on standard "cash & carry" transactions.
Put forth here and authorized and executed at Trillium Driving Schools discretion, as courtesy and convenience to you the student, has agreed, (pending your acknowledgement and acceptance of this addendum) to the additional terms listed on this installment agreement and as an addition to the TDS Terms & Conditions.

Trillium Driving School confirms the sale price above is for the total amount of the purchase.
Trillium Driving School will agree to divide the total sales price into the above listed number of equal payments and bill them as per this agreement. The sum total of which will equal the total purchase price.
Trillium offers this service to you for free and DOES NOT add on "processing" of "finance charges." As such, TDS treats this zero interest, free service as a type of cash transaction with no cost of balance carry to the student
As with any cash transaction certain terms must me met:
Trillium cannot schedule any student for any unpaid portion of Behind-the-Wheel or course instruction beyond what the students current amount of installments received can cover.
Trillium does not allow a student (installment plan or other) to enroll in a higher priced Behind-the-wheel course to get a lower cost per hour rate and then attempt to cancel before the course you signed up for and agreed to pay for is paid in full. Once you have agreed to the terms and purchased the specific product (installment plan or otherwise) you become the owner of the particular good or service and it must be paid for. In an effort to prevent this type of fraud and protect the school from other malicious price/rate manipulations after the fact this installment plan WILL continue to be billed as per this agreement on the dates set forth above until the balance is paid in full for the product and price you selected to purchase. The same way a cash purchase is treated. PLEASE NOTE: Trillium's Marketing team strives to ensure we offer the most competitive, budget friendly price points available to our students and their families. In addition, TDS is ALWAYS having some measure of sale or discount code offering to make low prices even lower. As such there is NO REASON to allow any attempt to rate skim and cancel.

Trillium will not release any certificates, endorsements or authorizations on the students behalf until the students account is at a $0.00 balance.

Billing and Payment Security

Trillium Driving School DOES NOT retain ANY of your personal payment information past the point the initial payment is processed.
ALL payment related or secure financial data is held and processed by Authorize.net and TSYS Payment Gateways.

Trillium will automatically process your payment method on the above listed dates for the above listed amounts. Individual payment process date(s) and their corresponding installment amount that were agreed upon at the time of registration are printed in the notes/memo section of your emailed 1st installment receipt.
Breach of Agreement and Termination and Collection of all outstanding Installment Debt.
INSUFFICIENT FUNDS & DECLINED TRANSACTIONS

In the event In the event your payment is declined due to insufficient funds(NSF) By the terms of this agreement are in breach. You will be responsible for the amount of the declined installment that was due plus any recovery fees assessed TDS by the bank or card processor. It will be the sole discretion of Trillium as to whether your installment plan will be reinstated and allowed to continue with a letter of warning on the acct, or termination of plan and the remaining balance and bank fees called in for payment all at once or to collections if account remains unpaid for more than 10 business days. We will attempt to reauthorize the declined payment 48 hours after the initial declined transaction occurred.

If your account is reinstated you will be given a letter of warning containing the consequences if it occurs again.

In the event your payment is declined a twice due to insufficient funds(NSF) you will be responsible for the amount of the declined installment plus any recovery fees assessed TDS by the bank or card processor your account immediate termination of your installment plan and all remaining balance and any bank fees assessed us by the bank or the card processor will be forwarded on to you for immediate payment in full or to collections if account remains unpaid for more than 10 business days. If you are unclear what date(s) your payment will be billed or amount(s) to be deducted. Please call our office as soon as possible so that we can make sure you are aware. By checking the box below you are accepting and agreeing to all the stipulations and governances listed herein and will give an honest effort toward a full and complete execution of this document so long as you are enrolled in the installment plan.
